We are starting a new article series on Fourth Pig for ongoing formation for entrepreneurs and executive professionals called CEO School.
The articles will cover topics on fields of knowledge for business professionals in leadership and management roles, in a ongoing education program that takes in consideration practical needs by company size; starting from Manager, Executive Director and CEO programs.
The idea behind it is that before a startup or small business scales and needs someone with specific CEO skills, it will need someone with admin skills for carrying on day to day tasks and handling local manager challenges. Stay tunned for the following posts.
